Gear Up ... And Let's Do It

What if ... the client ask you to do something impossible

They ask you to accompany them to do something extraordinary, something that you're not sure it's possible to do?
Well in every project you need some psycho in your client's team, someone who's not afraid of change, and want to drive their organization to the next level. And worse, you need that psycho to be someone quite high in the client's rank. Preferably close to the C's level. Well that will need a very good trait of leadership, coz my experience shows that usually the higher they are the harder they fall so naturally they will be more cautious.
Well these days, me and Dedy met one. A CFO that asked to implement one of the most changing system to the organization in 1 1/2 months !!! Oh of course, we plead, plead and plead ... No way ... in our experience ... impossible ... bla bla bla bla... But he said "This will succeed because I'm here" ...
What can you do then ? "Dedication to every client's success" well so we gear up and we will try.... Let's see until the end of September :)
